The founders of Parentology, already deeply rooted in coaching courses saw an opportunity to appeal to parents. Their courses are designed around providing additional tools for parents to build stronger relationships with their children. It is NOT about preaching to a parent or will it show how to be a good parent. The business has been a huge success and Parentology offers courses in 15 countries and counting… The discoveries that the course takes parents through is supported with a chart. This was the most important course tool and is referred to constantly. Our approach was to figure out how this chart should work and look, which opened up questions over the course structure. A great exercise, and once a solution was found it inspired the brand identity. The brand expression was also inspired by the course chart which in turn spawned a whole range of ‘opinionated’ graphic illustrations, representing the scope of parenting attitudes and personalities. The illustrations play a large part in the look and feel and became ambassadors of the business as it expanded internationally. Created a substantial online presence with a multitude of web platforms varying from parenting community websites through to ‘super’ blogs. Country specific marketing packs were designed and sent to their respective cities, supported with specifically designed pages on the primary Parentology website. Working with Parentology from the get-go, acting as brand guardian – actively involved in contributing to their business as they grow.
