Sweet Factory, Middle East wanted to help improve the performance of their kiosks and encourage new and repeat customers to utilise them more often.
Challenge: There was no budget to redesign the kiosks, and shopping mall restrictions limited any structural changes, additional installations or floor graphics. Furthermore, it is an extremely competitive market – their are between 3 and 6 other sweet vending businesses in any one shopping mall throughout the region. By performing a visual audit I was able to create an innovation report including sustainable ideas, promotions and events to be rolled out over a 12 month period.
Along the way I created a customer journey that listed all the possible touchpoints customers could be exposed to. This also included many of the ideas from numerous brainstorming sessions. A total of 117 ideas was documented with fresh, new graphics to help generate more business for the Kiosks.
